My 2 year old daughter really enjoyed this simple little book. It contains cute pictures and she likes to go through it and tell me what everything is. I would recommend for anyone with a toddler.

Thank you Cindy for another great book! I am so enjoying the books that I have found for my kindle by Cindy. Not only me, my four year old daughter is loving them too. I had downloaded it the other day to read it. So was surprised to see that the book had already been looked at before I had a chance to read it. This book is great for the younger reader: introducing them to ideas that they can later build on and add to in their learning e.g. a turtle lives in water, a lion loves his meat and best of all a mother loves her child. I enjoy the rhyme too, and think it is great the way the book has been written. While reading through the book, it also created conversation as we were able to discuss things such as: a cow chewing the cud, a foal to a horse and a frog sitting on a lily pad. After reading this book through once, my daughter was keen to read it back to me and did a fairly good job of it.
